Returns and exchanges.

At Intymis, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Below, we clearly explain how returns and the right of withdrawal work, in accordance with current regulations.

- Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the decision.

- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For reasons of health, hygiene and consumer protection, the following products will not be accepted for return once they have been unsealed:

*Sex toys
*Intimate cosmetics or sexual care products
*Lingerie
*Intimate products
*Sealed products that are not eligible for return once opened

- The right of withdrawal will also not apply in the following cases:

*Customized or made-to-measure products
*Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly
*Products that have been used, handled, or damaged
*Products whose original packaging is damaged or incomplete

These exclusions apply in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 .

- Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

*The product must be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition
*The product must retain its original packaging intact
*The product must be returned complete, including any associated gifts or promotions.
*The application must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt
*Intymis reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

- Return shipping costs

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error.
In case of return due to withdrawal, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Defective products or shipping error

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to:

It will be necessary to attach:

*Product photographs
*Photographs of the outer packaging
*Order number

In these cases, Intymis will assume the return costs and manage the corresponding replacement or refund.

- Refunds

Once the return has been received and verified:

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Intymis may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides proof of return.
- Decrease in product value

The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or functioning.
